Inner Circle ticket holders receive additional premium benefits, including exclusive hospitality areas, dedicated bars and toilets, premium viewing locations, fast-track entry and access to the official Courtyard Sunrise Afterparty.

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or as required by applicable consumer law.

Fort X takes place at the stunning Mokrice Castle in southeastern Slovenia, just 30 minutes from Zagreb Airport and approximately one hour from Ljubljana.

The venue is easily accessible by car, shuttle bus or taxi from both Slovenia and neighbouring Croatia.

Parking close to the venue is limited. Spaces should be booked in advance where applicable. If you’re drinking, please use the shuttle service, a taxi or have a designated driver.

Priority parking next to the venue can be booked in advance via the website for €10. Parking is also available on the day for €5 per car, subject to availability, though it will be further from the site.

Fort X is strictly an 18+ event.

Valid photographic identification may be requested on entry. Anyone unable to provide acceptable ID may be refused admission.

Fort X operates as a cashless festival wherever possible.

Bars, food traders and official merchandise outlets accept major debit and credit cards along with contactless payments. Details of any additional payment methods will be announced before the event.

A fully staffed professional medical team will be on-site throughout the event, alongside trained welfare staff and event security.

Fort X will go ahead in most weather conditions.

The festival has been designed to operate safely across the historic castle grounds, and our production team continually monitors weather conditions throughout the event.

In the unlikely event of severe weather affecting the programme, any updates will be communicated via the official Fort X website, social media channels and the festival app (where applicable).

ONE ENTRY. NO RE-ENTRY.

Your ticket is valid for one entry only. Once you leave the festival, you will not be able to re-enter unless you have booked a room within the castle grounds.

‍

Professional cameras, recording equipment and drones are not permitted without prior media accreditation.

Personal mobile phones and small compact cameras are welcome.
